Say Your “I Do’s” in the Heart of Georgia Wine Country

Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars is a premier destination wedding venue located in the heart of wine country amongst the gorgeous North Georgia mountains. Our intimate and romantic setting makes us the perfect choice for the wedding of your dreams. Choose to tie the knot in our tranquil outdoor forest glade or against a beautiful panorama of rolling mountains and valleys. Our on-site winery provides the perfect place to relax and reconnect with loved ones over a delicious glass of Georgia wine. From larger parties of up to 100 guests to intimate elopements with just you and your closest loved ones, Sylvan Valley Lodge has two package options to ensure that your big day goes off without a hitch.

Destination Wedding Package

Our Destination Wedding Package is an excellent option for large parties looking for plenty of time to relax and connect on site. From 2pm on Friday until 12pm on Sunday, Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars will be completely yours. Unlike many other wedding packages, the Destination Wedding Package gives the entire bridal party full and private access to our property, allowing for plenty of time to decorate, rehearse, host a rehearsal dinner, and ease into your wedding day.

The package includes:

• Exclusive access to the property for the duration of your stay
• Venue coordinator on site at all times during your stay
• Setup, take-down, and clean up of all venue-supplied items
• Round or rectangle tables that fit 8-10 guests for reception and other wedding-related events
• Folding wedding chairs for the reception and rehearsal dinner
• Benches or chairs for the ceremony
• Use of the bride’s tower for bride and bridesmaids on the day of the event. We recommend using one of the cabins for the groomsmen
• Public restrooms located in the Pavilion and the Lodge
• Free and ample parking for wedding guests
• Access to our preferred (not exclusive) vendor list
• Owners on site at all times

Only your group will be permitted to stay at the Lodge for the weekend. Your wedding party and guests are free to rent our 8 rooms and 2 cabins for the duration of the weekend. They will be billed individually to the people staying in them. When you select this option, you save $50 per room night off your venue fee.

Elopement Package

Our Elopement Package is specifically designed for couples who want a smaller, more intimate wedding celebration. This package takes away the overwhelming stress of planning a wedding while still providing couples with a beautiful and unforgettable ceremony. It includes:

• Choice of ceremony location (Thursday or Sunday only)
• One hour consultation with venue coordinator
• One hour time frame for your event, TBD based on venue availability
• Georgia Sparkling Wine for 2, chocolate covered strawberries, and a bouquet of fresh flowers in your room on arrival
• Complimentary Wine Tasting in the Knot Bar, with 2 Souvenir Wine Glasses
• Officiant to perform your ceremony
• Access to our preferred (not exclusive) vendor list

There are other options that can be added to this package, including a Bride’s bouquet and Groom’s boutonniere and small wedding cake. Please contact us for further details on these additions.
