If you drink a little bit more, they'll tell you their names. Let us introduce you to the Faeries we have met so far on our wine adventures.
WARNING: Drinking the Faerie Wine may cause an inability to fly, but drastically improves you ability to see Faeries.
Frolicking Faerie Blanche (dry, white): This French-American Hybrid is a light, elegant white wine. Ripe pear, grapefruit and clean zesty citrus elegantly highlight the wine's complex aroma profile. Similar in style to a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
Frolicking Faerie Izzy SOLD OUT (dry, red): A light-medium bodied Georgia wine with wonderful herbaceous aromas; explodes with jammy black cherry, plum, and earthy flavors on the palate. Good wine to cellar due to great acidity and terrific tannin levels.
Frolicking Faerie Cinnabar (dry, red): A bold and decadent Georgia Chambourcin spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and orange. Great served warm in winter, or chilled as Sangria base in summer.
Frolicking Faerie Telari SOLD OUT (dessert, white): Also known as mead, this wine has a big burst of honey on the front, but a surprisingly light and easy finish. As we like to say, "No grapes were harmed in the making of this wine."
Frolicking Faerie Isis SOLD OUT(dry, white): An all Georgia blend of Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc and Traminette, this well-balanced light white presents with a delicate fruit and citrus bouquet leading to whispers of tropical fruit flavors on the palate followed by a crisp, clean finish. Our Georgia answer to Pinot Grigio.
Frolicking Faerie Sapphira NEW (dry, white): Total stainless steel fermentation and aging have produced a rich Georgia wine with beautiful notes of pear, honey, and melon. A 100% Georgia Pinot Blanc.
Frolicking Faerie Grace NEW (sweet, white): Sweet, light and perfect paired with spicy foods. This fun-loving, all Georgia wine is sure to please.
Frolicking Faerie Sybil NEW (dry, rose): This European style dry Rose is made from Georgia Vidal Blanc and Cynthiana. Light, with fruitful undertones and a crisp dry, lingering finish.
Frolicking Faerie Wylder NEW (dry, white): Un-oaked Georgia Chardonney, so new we don't have tasting notes yet. Our Wine Adventure Guide will sibmit profound tasting notes of true genious shortly.
Frolicking Faerie Callie COMING SOON (dry, red): 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Rich, bold, everything you'd expect in a great Cab. Go ahead and have the steak, this wine will not disappoint.
